Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Pack Your Items
Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your full name, order number, and authorization code.
Ship and Track
Send your parcel back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
